Vegetable Soup



A delicious vegetable soup recipe.



Servings:1 Cup. Per Serving (7 Servings): 86 Calories, 2g Fat, 14.5g Carbohydrates, 3g Protein, 2.75g Fiber, 6.25g Sugar.









In a large soup pot saute onion in olive oil on medium heat until lightly caramelized. Add water, vegetables, garlic and onion powder, soy sauce, basil, marjoram, salt, sugar and black pepper. Turn on high and bring to a quick boil, then reduce heat to medium. Cook for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add canned tomatoes and tomato sauce and cook about 5 minutes longer.
