Black Bean & Corn Salad

Easy black bean and corn salad. You can eat this straight up or use it in a flatbread wrap.

Servings:4 1/2 servings. Per Serving (1 Cup): 199 Calories, 3.8g Fat, 29.6g Carbohydrates, 13.4g Protein, 13.5g Fiber, 8.2g Sugar.

First heat the sausage up and then dice it along with the onions, tomatoes and throw into a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve with a flatbread wrap, make lettuce boats or eat it straight up.
