Low Fat Brown Gravy



A low fat vegan brown gravy recipe. Perfect with creamed potatoes and or a seitan turkey roast.



Servings:8. Per Serving (1/4 Cup): 43.5 Calories, .65g Fat, 8.25g Carbohydrates, 1g Protein, .50g Fiber, 3.25g Sugar.









Start with a heavy medium to large sized skillet, preferrably an iron skillet. Add the 2 tablespoons of flour to the skillet. On medium to high heat, lightly brown the flour, stirring constantly.

In a food processor add the rest of the ingredients and the flour from the skillet. Process for about a minute or until well combined. Now, add this back to the skillet. Bring to a boil, stir it constantly until it thickens.
