Vegan Sour Cream



A creamy and delicious vegan sour cream recipe. I recommend using this as a garnish for savory dishes, like taco salad. Probably not a good idea to use it in say, something to replace sour cream in a cake recipe for example.



Servings:5. Per Serving (1/4 Cup): 71 Calories, 5.50g Fat, 2.50g Carbohydrates, 6g Protein, 1g Fiber, 0g Sugar.









Place all ingredients in an immersion blender cup or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
