Tomatoes, fresh basil leaves with guacamole on whole grain bread. The perfect stuff-from-the-garden or farmer's market, summer sandwich.
Heat an iron skillet on medium heat and spritz it with a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil.
Assemble the sandwich with all of the ingredients. Guacamole goes on each underside of the bread, in between the tomato and basil. Place the sandwich on the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side. Serve immediately.
