No-Chicken Broth

Save yourself some money and make your own no-chicken broth. This recipe taste fresher and even better than that stuff you buy.
Servings:4. Per Serving (1 Cup): 34 Calories, 2.50g Fat, 2g Carbohydrates, 1g Protein, 0g Fiber, 0g Sugar.

- 1 Cup Onions, Chopped
- 1 Cup Celery, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Light Vegan Butter
- 5 Cups Water
- 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon Poultry Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

In a deep saucepan simmer onions and celery with the butter on medium-low heat until vegetables are soft. Add water, onion and garlic powder, seasoned salt, poultry seasoning and soy sauce and let simmer on medium-low for 30 minutes. Strain and reserve celery and onions for dressing or another dish.
