Chick Spread

This recipe was created by my sister Paige. It taste great with crackers as a dip or as a sandwich spread. I was surprised how much it taste like chicken. In fact when I first tried it I thought someone was tricking me with actual chicken spread. This is great to have in the fridge for when those late night munchies attack.
Servings:8. Per Serving (1/4 Cup): 115 Calories, 6.50g Fat, 11.2g Carbohydrates, 4.50g Protein, g Fiber, .80g Sugar.

- 1 Rib of Celery
- 1/2 Medium Onion
- 1 - 16oz Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained
- 1/2 Cup Firm Tofu, Drained & Squeezed
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts
- 1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
