This recipe was created by my sister Paige. It taste great with crackers as a dip or as a sandwich spread. I was surprised how much it taste like chicken. In fact when I first tried it I thought someone was tricking me with actual chicken spread. This is great to have in the fridge for when those late night munchies attack.

Ingredients


  • 1 Rib of Celery
  • 1/2 Medium Onion
  • 1 - 16oz Can Garbanzo Beans, Drained
  • 1/2 Cup Firm Tofu, Drained & Squeezed
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Cup Walnuts
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper


Directions


Throw all ingredients into food processor and puree until smooth.
