Ingredients


  • 3 Spring Onions
  • 3 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 - 15oz. Can No Salt Added Organic Black Beans, Rinsed
  • 1 - 15oz. Can No Salt Added Organic Whole Kernel Corn, Drained
  • 1 Vegan Field Roast Smoked Apple Sausage
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt To Taste


Directions


First heat the sausage up and then dice it along with the onions, tomatoes and throw into a mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Serve with a flatbread wrap, make lettuce boats or eat it straight up.
