Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Large Flake Nutritional Food Yeast
  • 1/4 Cup Blanched, Slivered Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 1 Tablespoon Prepared, Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Corn Starch
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Dash of Ground Coriander

  • 2 Slices of Bread (for each sandwich)

Directions

Place all ingredients for the cheeze sauce into a blender or an immersion cup if you are using that instead and blend until completely smooth.

Pour into a small sauce pan and cook on medium to high heat and whisk until it becomes a thick sauce.

You can make your cheeze sandwich anyway you like. You can just pour some of the cheeze between two slices of bread and grill it in a skillet. What I like to do, to make it oil free is I toast the bread in the oven, on both sides and pour the cheeze on after. And I have this crunchy sandwich with cheezey sauce pouring out the sides.
