A creamy vegan green onion and sesame seed dressing. Great for vegetable salads or pasta salads.

This can also be made into a creamy guacamole dip by adding an avocado. Read the directions for instructions.

Ingredients


  • 3 Spring Onions, Chopped
  • Clove of Garlic
  • 1/2 14oz. Block of Firm Tofu, Unpressed
  • 1/4 Cup Blanched Slivered Almonds
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Marjoram Leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Almond Milk


Directions


Place all ingredients in an immersion blender cup or food processor and blend until completely smooth.

If you want to turn this into a creamy guacamole dip, just add an avocado. Add it last after everything has been blended and blend it until smooth.
