Ingredients


  • 2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 2 Tablespoons Prepared Guacamole
  • 1 Medium Tomato
  • 6 Large Fresh Basil Leaves
  • Spritz of Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Directions


Heat an iron skillet on medium heat and spritz it with a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil.

Assemble the sandwich with all of the ingredients. Guacamole goes on each underside of the bread, in between the tomato and basil. Place the sandwich on the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side. Serve immediately.
