Whole pineapple chunks are pureed with sugar, rice vinegar, paprika and corn starch to create this yummy sweet and sour sauce.
This is great on brown rice with steamed veggies or as a dipping sauce.

In a blender or with an immersion blender in a cup blend together all ingredients until smooth and pour it into a small sauce pan. Turn heat between medium and high and stir constantly until sauce thickens.
If you do not use Z-Sweet sweetener and opt to use regular sugar the calories and sugar grams will be substantially higher.
