Half Whole Wheat Biscuits

Our half whole wheat biscuits are actually more whole wheat than all purpose flour. I’m not going to kid you, they’re not like a fluffy layered biscuit (more like a sea biscuit) but they’re acceptable. They’re good with jam and or our bean

Josh, these biscuits are very tasty and suit my southern sensibilities. The canola oil makes them not quite so fragile. Thank you for spending so much of yourself in making these recipes for us. I have found those that I have made to be superior. I am 65 and have just realized within the last few months that a vegan diet is the one I should have been on my whole life. . . .better late than never! I love to cook and enjoy food from many cultures and you have made this transition much easier for me and my husband.
