Vegan Chocolate Ice Ceam
A word about the photo for this recipe. I did not take this photo :D. It was taken by my twin brother. I personally did not like the out come but he insisted that it’s good. To me those vegan cookie twirls look like shriveled up bacon pieces. And the pale yellow plate looks dull and out of place. Your thoughts? And oh yes, it is real vegan ice cream for the photo, no food photography tricks going on here.
Sweet, creamy and delicious vegan ice cream! This recipe will fool even the most vegan phobic guests. What I figured out after much trial and error was that if the soy milk was cooked it gave the ice cream a funny taste. That is why it isn’t boiled. GO TO RECIPE>
