    A really good recipe, thank you. I make it–and variations–often. I love the inclusion of “lemon pepper seasoning”, though I usually add just the ground black pepper. Adding black pepper to certain baked goods, such as these delicious muffins (and gingerbread!) creates a wonderful flavor enhancement. Well done.
