    Ok so I just finished this chili and it is bombtastic! I added some cayenne and a cup of carne de soya (mexican tvp) 30 mins before it was ready, and it was just like eating mexi chikn chili before my veg days :-) Thnks Josh for this wonderful recipes you have inspired me in so many ways! I will be making this again

    I made this for dinner tonight! It was good, very hearty. My only disappointment is I should have made some home made garlic bread, buns, knots- anything to do with bread and garlic.

    I cant wait to try out more of your recipes.
