Vegan Meatball Supreme

If you like my original meatballs you will love my new supreme meatballs even more. These are chewier and spicier. I formulated these specifically to taste perfect in a meatball sub sandwich. Where the original meatball is more for spaghetti and meatballs. Not even 1 gram of fat per meatball and 43 calories! A whole gram of fiber! GO TO RECIPE>

    I over-processed this in the food processor, and the texture was interesting at best. I love the spices and will tweak them when I make them again. I’m not crazy about the texture, I kinda like the other meatball texture better. I may combine the two (if I can figure that out) and see what that’s like…..hope you can fix your spam problem…..

    These were absolutely delicious! They weren’t quite as firm as I had hoped, but on a sandwich it didn’t matter.

    Josh, These meatballs are fantastic! I have been trying to find a really good tasting vegan meatball recipe for months but with no luck until I cooked up yours. The texture was so meat-ball like, it was scary and taste was so delicious. I made them fat free (I water sauted the veggies). I’m getting ready to try your low fat chocolate cookies and the oatmeal raisin. Thank you…you are one fine vegan cook!

    Any word on how well they freeze?

    It’s just me so it would make sense to run a batch And freeze the ones I don’t need immediately.
