Wow! My 75th recipe! It seems like it should be more. In any case I feel I’ve hit a milestone of some kind. 25 more and I’ll be at 100. Where are the balloons, the streamers, the noise makers? Oh well, it’s just me sitting at my computer by myself with the hum of the dryer in the next room. There ought to be clowns, send in the clowns!

This granola bar recipe (my 75th recipe woot) has a peanut butter flavor with a hint of sesame. The perfect snack after a hard workout. If you don’t have almond meal you can make your own by putting blanched slivered almonds in a food processor for about a minute and a 1/2. I don’t recommend replacing the rice flour with regular flour. The rice flour is the key ingredient in this recipe, to give it that wonderful crunch and course texture. GO TO RECIPE >
