    I made lasagna using your recipe and I liked it. Thank you for idea. My meat eating husband kind of liked it but….Then I added a layers of diced mix of aubergine, onion, bell pepper, portabella mushrooms,coated with olive oil, salt and fresh pepper and baked in 420F owen for about half an hour. It added texture to lasagna and it was delicious.
