    Just made this stuffing for the second time … it’s really a good recipe! The first time I made it, I didn’t have poultry spice (I live in France, and some ingredients aren’t ready available), but this time I’d found the poultry spice and the recipe came out with a kick. Great for the grown ups, but I think my kids won’t go for it. Next time I think I’ll half the amount of spice (could be that French poultry spice has more heat than the US kind…who knows).
    Anywho, love your blog, and your pics always inspire me to dirty some dishes!Gaia
