Hey Josh! I was looking the recipe for these apple pockets over and was wondering if graham flour is the same thing as graham cracker crumbs in a box? If not can I sub it with anything else???

AJ, I made these today and was out of graham flour and used whole wheat pastry flour instead. Graham flour is not like graham crackers crumbled up, it’s a specific kind of flour. I would use either whole wheat pastry flour or graham flour. I wouldn’t think regular flour would work well.

I made these yesterday afternoon and they were fantastic!!! Mine came out soft like an actual piece of pie and not like those hard crunchy apple pies you buy from the store…I ended up using jicamas instead of gala apples. I cut up to much jicama and meant to do half jicama half apple but anyways it was good.
