Velvegan Nacho Cheeze Dip

This is my version of a low fat vegan nacho flavored cheeze dip. This is great on tacos and taco salad.

The potato in the recipe keeps the dip from skimming over and stops it from clotting after it’s sat on the stove. So when you come back for seconds your cheeze is just as it was when you left it. It’s also great for parties cause it stays perfect for hours. GO TO RECIPE >

I’m not big on these uncheese cheezes, but this one looks pretty good. I’ll have to try it.

Thanks for the recipe, it turned out great! I used some water and mashed potato flakes instead of a fresh one and it turned out perfect.

    Um…what is “skimming over?”

This cheeze is UNBELIVABLY DELICIOUS!!! I used smoked paprika and it added a bacon flavor and it is soooo good. Super easy to make too! Thanks!

I pretty much hate all vegan cheese product substitutes, but this was delicious! I served it yesterday at my baby shower to my non-veg friends, and they loved it and asked for the recipe! I added some taco seasoning to mine to give it a little kick.

Another great recipe! I cooked mine too long and had to use a lot more water to get it back to where I wanted it. I also added sea salt and I used smoked paprika and tossed in a little chipotle chili powder becasue I wanted a nacho cheese. It was very good. I used it on chips and then later on I’m going to top a baked tater with it. Keep cooking and sharing!

I made this cheeze and the texture and color come out exactly like it shows here. It’s so cool! I substituted arrow root powder for the cornstarch and coconut oil for the vegan butter. I also added a tiny squeeze of lemon to give it some tartness/tang. This recipe is awesome and I will continue tweeking it get other flavors of cheese. Thanks!

This was SO good! I made triple the amount and took it to church! I used less yeast flakes though, Im not a big fan of those.. But it was yummy and the best cheese sauce ever!! I cut the corn starch and used it for mac & cheese too! THANKS!

Surprisingly, it turned out really good! I added some salsa and used sweet potatoes that I had canned and I was amazed at how good it was!
